Maybe it was the way your child reacted to noise, or how transitions became battlegrounds. Maybe it was something deeper. An intuition you couldn’t explain, just a knowing in your gut that something wasn’t being seen. And now that Autism is on the table, the questions haven’t stopped. If anything, they’ve multiplied.
You're researching late at night, walking on eggshells during meltdowns, trying to stay calm while advocating for your child in systems that don’t always understand. You want to do this right. You want to protect your child’s truth without losing your own in the process.
If that’s where you are, I want you to hear this: you’re not behind. You’re not failing. You’re just early in the journey, and there’s a better, more connected way forward.
You’ve been sensing it for a while.
in building calmer, more connected homes, without sacrificing their child’s individuality or their own well-being. Through trauma-informed, neuro-affirming coaching, I walk alongside you as you advocate, adapt, and reconnect. I’m not here to fix your family. I’m here to help you finally feel at home in it.
Today, I support parents of Autistic children
I returned to my roots with new eyes, expanding on my existing decade of education and experience by also becoming a Circle of Security Parenting™ Facilitator, studying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and completing intensive training through the Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre. I layered all of it with the raw, real experiences of parenting an Autistic child as a neurodivergent parent myself.
But through postpartum unraveling, an ADHD diagnosis, and the eventual, deeply affirming realisation that I’m also Autistic, something clicked into place. I wasn’t broken. My child wasn’t broken. We were simply navigating a world that didn’t understand us, and often wasn’t designed for us.
At first, I turned the blame inward: my nervous system, my emotions, my sensitivity.
Even with years of experience in early childhood development and Autism support, nothing prepared me for the moment I found myself in the middle of our living room, half-dressed, two kids deep into a day I couldn’t control, standing barefoot in the heart of a meltdown I didn’t yet know how to meet.
I had all the training. I’d studied education, psychology, and child development. I’d worked in classrooms and centers. But at that moment, none of it felt like enough. The parenting books didn’t fit. The systems weren’t built for children like mine. And the more I tried to follow the 'rules,' the more disconnected we all became.
We’re not chasing perfection. We’re learning how to breathe, understand, and adjust together.
I bring the research and the real life. I’ve studied it, lived it, and felt it from the inside out.
No two families are the same. Our sessions evolve with your child’s needs and your season of life.
Your child’s connection to you is the foundation. We build from there, not on top of it.
I lead with compassion, not pressure. We go at your pace but we still move towards your goals.
This work is not about ticking developmental boxes or following strict behavioural scripts. It’s about creating space. Space for your child’s truth, your nervous system, and your family’s rhythm. Together, we centre what matters most: your connection, your values, and your ability to show up with clarity even when things are hard.

My work is grounded in lived experience and supported by years of study in psychology, education, Autism support, and family systems. Everything I share with you has been tested in real life and refined through formal training. This is support that holds both heart and science.
Parenting is sacred. So is remembering who you are inside of it. I try to practise both imperfectly and joyfully, in rhythm with real life.

Saying yes to slow Sundays, where the only plan is pancakes, presence and adventures.

Journalling through motherhood, with zero pressure to be profound.

Daydreams about returning to Bali, where I first remembered what it meant to feel fully alive.

Sneaking dark chocolate into bed once the kids are asleep… praying no one wakes up.

Lighting a candle every morning while the kettle hums and the house is still. My sacred five minutes.

Powerlifting at dawn. It’s my nervous system regulation ritual, not just a workout.
When I’m not coaching, researching, or decoding sensory profiles… here’s a glimpse into the life that keeps me grounded:
