Raising PDA is the high-touch group coaching community for parents who are done navigating this alone — and ready for personalised support that actually understands the complexity of what they’re living with.

You’re Not Failing. You’re Just Doing This Without the Right Support.

For parents of PDA, Autistic & "Demand-Avoidant" Children

you’ve unlocked an exclusive rate. Claim it now.

Maybe you’ve already found your footing. You understand the PDA profile. You know that when getting dressed or brushing teeth can trigger a full nervous system response — that’s not defiance. That’s a child whose nervous system is wired to experience everyday demands as genuinely threatening. You’ve shifted your approach and you’ve seen glimpses of what’s possible.

But you’re still in the thick of it. Still navigating school crises, meltdowns, system failures, and the daily reality of raising a child whose nervous system requires something most of the world doesn’t understand. Still carrying it largely alone.

Or maybe you’re newer to this. Maybe PDA is a term you’ve only recently encountered — but the moment you read about it, something shifted. Like someone had finally described your child accurately for the first time. And now you’re trying to figure out what to do with that knowledge.
Either way, you’ve arrived at the same place: you need support that goes beyond a resource library. You need someone in your corner who knows this territory — clinically, professionally, and personally — and who can walk it with you.

You Know Your Child Isn’t Being Difficult. You Just Need Support That Actually Understands That.

hey fellow mama...

You don’t need more generic parenting advice. You don’t need more strategies that ignore your child’s neurobiology and escalate the very distress you’re trying to reduce. You need genuinely personalised support from someone who understands PDA at the level your family actually needs — and who can help both you and your child move out of survival mode.

You’ve found some community online but nothing feels specific enough — the advice doesn’t account for the complexity of your child

School is a constant source of crisis and you’re exhausted from advocating to people who still don’t get it

You’ve tried low-demand approaches but something isn’t clicking — and you can’t figure out what you’re missing

You understand PDA in theory — but the hard days still floor you, and you’re not sure you’re getting it right

Does Any of This Sound Familiar?

You want to stop just surviving your child’s hard moments and start actually building something more sustainable

Your own nervous system is struggling and you’re not sure how much longer you can keep carrying this much alone

You've tried to research your way through this, only to feel even more alone.

You’ve been told by professionals — and well-meaning people who love you — to “just be more consistent,” “hold firmer boundaries,” or that “this will pass” — advice that doesn’t just fail for PDA children. It actively escalates their distress.

🔐 Why DM Access Matters — And Why This Is the Last Group To Have It

This level of personal support will never be offered again in this format. Future members join at USD $147/month and rely on group calls and community support — without direct DM access. If you’ve been sitting on the fence, this is the reason to get off it.

There’s a real difference between a space where you can post questions and a space where someone genuinely knows your family’s situation and walks it with you over time. Raising PDA is the second thing.

Every monthly coaching call is built around what members are actually navigating — not a pre-set curriculum. Every interaction inside the community is informed by the real complexity of PDA, intersecting neurodivergence, and the whole family system. And for this cohort, when things get really hard, you can reach Chantal directly.

This is the level of support that changes things. Not because it has the most content or the biggest community — but because it’s genuinely tailored to you.

It’s validation, Ongoing connection, and Personalised Coaching that meets your needs in this moment

I'm an AuDHD PDA mum to three neurodivergent children — including a PDA Autistic son — and I've spent over a decade working professionally in early autism identification and neurodivergent-affirming practice.

I've fought for his diagnosis. I've sat across from professionals who dismissed what I was seeing. I've rebuilt our family's entire approach from the ground up — and I've done it while managing my own neurodivergent nervous system at the same time.

I built Raising PDA because I know what it feels like to understand your child deeply and still feel completely unsupported in actually helping them. And I know how much it changes when you finally have someone walking alongside you who truly gets the whole picture. That's what Raising PDA is.

Jess had tried everything. She had read every book, joined every group, and still felt completely lost. What changed wasn’t another strategy — it was finally having someone who understood the whole picture and could guide her through it in real time.
“It felt like you had been at my house and knew exactly everything that was happening. Working with Chantal has helped everyone in our family.”
 — Jess

More Stories of Transformation...

“Having a greater understanding of PDA from the nervous system perspective has changed our daily experience A LOT.”

“I don’t know how else to write to tell you that you have genuinely saved our family life.”

“All of this can feel so very private and intimate and lonely.”

Alex has a PDA Autistic daughter and knew that traditional behavioural strategies were failing. But understanding why — and having personalised guidance on what to do instead — changed everything. Her daughter began developing strong self-advocacy skills. Alex became a fierce, confident advocate.
“The clarity you provided is just what I needed to feel more confident in my parenting. Having someone who genuinely cares about you and your child’s wellbeing changes everything.”
 — Alex

Sophie was a single mum in a demanding professional role, carrying everything alone. Her daughter’s struggles were invisible to the outside world. What shifted wasn’t just a strategy — it was being genuinely seen, and having a space where her exhaustion was met with understanding instead of advice to simply try harder.
“It just makes me feel like, okay, I’m doing a good job. I needed to feel like I’m doing a good job, because this stuff is hard.”
 — Sophie, single mum

Frequently Asked Questions

Raising PDA Community is expert-guided with clear moderation focused on solutions and support. I'm actively present daily with professional insights, actionable strategies, and a commitment to keeping discussions constructive and helpful.

Meltdowns aren't a sign that low demand and nervous system first approaches don't work - they're your child's nervous system communicating overwhelm. Our community helps you understand what those moments are telling you and how to support your child's regulation through them, rather than trying to eliminate your child’s natural responses to overwhelm.

I get it. I didn't either. That's why everything within is quick to digest and implement right away. The community is there when you need it, not another thing on your to-do list. There is no pressure inside. We have a supportive monthly coaching call for 90 minutes, and all sessions are recorded for your viewing in your time.

Raising PDA costs less than one therapy session but gives you ongoing support, expert guidance, and peer connection. You can cancel anytime if it's not providing value. No questions asked.

Yes — if you’ve recently discovered PDA and it’s resonating with your parenting experience, this community will give you the grounded, personalised support to implement what you’re learning in a way that actually fits your child. You don’t need to be an expert. You just need to be willing to do things differently.

You get 40% off your first 3 months — USD $58.20/month for months 1–3, then USD $97/month ongoing. Future members who join after this group closes will pay USD $147/month. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel any time with no lock-in and no questions asked.

I personally moderate all discussions with clear community guidelines focused on neurodiversity-affirming support. We maintain a space free from judgment, behaviour modification focus, or medical advice.

The 90-minute call is built entirely around what members bring to it — not a pre-planned curriculum. It might be a school crisis, a specific meltdown pattern, a relationship rupture, an advocacy challenge, or a question about your child’s nervous system. Whatever is most alive for members that month is what gets worked on. Replays are always available.

Imagine a morning where getting dressed doesn’t spiral. Where breakfast happens without you bracing for what comes next. Where you’re not walking on eggshells through your own home, not Googling at midnight, not sitting on a waitlist for months only to receive generic advice that was never designed for a child like yours — advice that, if you’re honest, has sometimes made things harder, not easier.

Imagine having a clear path forward. A framework that actually makes sense of what you’re seeing. Language for what your child is experiencing. A plan that fits your family — not someone else’s.
Imagine having a non-judgmental space where, when something goes wrong or doesn’t go to plan — and it will, because that’s the reality of this — you can troubleshoot it in real time with someone who genuinely understands. No shame. No generic advice. No starting from scratch every single time.

Just support that moves you, slowly and sustainably, from chaos to connection. From constant anxiety to something that finally feels like calm.

Imagine feeling validated. Connected. Like you finally know what you’re doing — and like you have the right people around you when you don’t.
That’s what Raising PDA is for. And it’s available to you right now.

🔐 How DM Access Works

Direct DM access is one of the most personal parts of this membership — and I want to be upfront about how it works in practice so you know exactly what to expect from day one.

I engage with DMs during my working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–3pm New Zealand Time (NZST). During those hours, you can generally expect a response within a few hours. Outside of working hours — evenings, weekends, and public holidays — please allow up to 24 hours. I want to be genuinely present when I respond to you, and that requires protecting my own capacity too.

DM access is for the moments that feel too private or too raw to share in the community — when you need a quiet space to think something through, get guidance on a specific situation, or troubleshoot something that can’t wait for the next coaching call. It’s a personal touchpoint that complements the community, not a replacement for it. For broader conversations, shared learning, and ongoing support, the community space is always the best first port of call.

DM access is not a crisis service, emergency support line, or substitute for professional mental health or medical care. If you or your child are in immediate need of professional support, please reach out to the appropriate services in your area.
